Per-Anders Johansson
Chairman of the Board since 2025

Born: 1954. Active as an investor through CIMON Venture Trust AB. Per-Anders has extensive experience from technology and development companies, and has also been Chairman of the Board of Sparbanken i Karlshamn, as well as solid industrial experience from, among others, Karlshamnsgruppen, Nordico and Ellos where he has held leading positions. Majority owner, and Chairman of the Board of CIMON AB and is involved in most of the CIMON Group’s companies. Other assignments include: Chairman of the Board of Mina Gubbar i Stockholm Finansservice AB, CFS Medical AB, and Nomic Förvaltnings AB. Per-Anders Johansson is also a board member of Skolon AB (publ).

Richard Paxman, OBE
Board member since 2025

Born 1983, employed by Paxman since 2009. Richard Paxman has extensive experience in global market development, as well as planning and conducting clinical trials and regulatory approvals specifically related to scalp cooling. Richard Paxman has been with the company since 2007. Prior to that, he held a senior position within Brewfitt Ltd. Richard Paxman is a director of Brewfitt Ltd and Paxman Coolers Ltd.
Richard has been awarded an OBE for services to international trade.
Richard is also a member of the private sector section of the Business Economy Innovation Committee (BEIC) for the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA), and Chair of the WYCA HealthTech Cluster. He is also a member of the Medilink North of England Advisory Group Member.

Fredrik Jonsson is an accomplished leader with a focus on entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and strategy. With extensive experience in both large and small MedTech organizations, Fredrik brings valuable expertise to the Company. He comes most recently from the role as CEO of Spotlight-listed Alteco Medical AB, was previously CEO of Distributed Medical AB, and has held senior positions in companies operating in the fields of endoscopy with Medicinsk Bildteknik, and in dentistry with Distributed Medical, Ospol, DPNOVA, and other companies.

Ulf Jönsson has over 20 years of finance experience in multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. He was most recently Interim Group Operations Controller for Diab International AB and was previously CFO for MalmbergGruppen, Swedish Agro Machinery and FrontPac. He spent 10 years with global med tech Gambro AB as Controller in various positions prior to the Company’s 2013 acquisition by Baxter.

Melissa Bourestom has over 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, and sales, with expertise is in developing clear, concise messaging tailored to the audience and aligned with strategic objectives. She has been recognized for building strong customer relationships and effective utilization of traditional and digital technologies. Prior to joining Dignitana she served as Executive Director of the American Advertising Federation Dallas and directed marketing and sales for myFootpath, an education technology platform. Ms. Bourestom previously worked in sales for Brinker International, in account management at Spier Advertising NY, and in clinical services and pediatric neurology at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

Niklas Lindgren has over 20 years of experience in the Life Science and Technology fields. He was Senior Manager of Quality Affairs for Baxter Healthcare and held several roles in Quality, Quality Engineering and Production at Gambro Lundia AB, in addition to serving as Quality Engineer at Anoto AB. Mr. Lindgren’s diverse operational experience in highly regulated environments, combined with a practical understanding of the associated production, quality, and regulatory issues are a tremendous asset to Dignitana.

Cameron O’Mara brings extensive experience originating new market opportunities for innovative products and services globally. After beginning his career at Arena Capital Partners LP, a middle-market private equity firm in New York City, Mr. O’Mara co-founded several global clean drinking water companies. As part of his duties, he spearheaded project development efforts across over twenty emerging markets; establishing partnerships and formal dialogue with local influencers and government officials throughout. He was invited to discuss creative solutions to improve fresh drinking water supplies and associated health standards with Heads of State and senior government ministers across three different continents.

SELMA RADOVAC

Vice President Business Development & Sales – Europe & Rest of World

Selma Radovac began her MedTech career at Össur as Marketing Manager and later as a Market Analyst. She’s served as a Senior Account Manager and Interim Manager at Gartner, collaborating with high-growth technology providers in the Nordics. Subsequently, Selma led European Operations for MINDBODY Inc, managing a team of 90+ employees across Sales, Marketing and Operations. Selma ran her own management consultancy that helped SaaS companies scale. She holds MSc in International Business and Economics and MSc in Peace and Development studies. Selma is also a certified Leadership and Transformational Coach, having obtained her diploma form The Coaching Academy in London.
