Lund, Sweden - July 20, 2017 - Dignitana AB, a world leader in medical scalp cooling technology and manufacturer of the DigniCap® Scalp Cooling System, announced today that Board Member Magnus Nilsson will resign from his position due to changes in his current professional responsibilities. 

As CEO of Xvivo Perfusion AB, Magnus Nilsson will move to the United States to develop Xvivo’s U.S. subsidiary during the coming period. Thereby he will spend most of his time abroad.

Magnus Nilsson has served as Board Member at Dignitana AB since May 2014.

“I would like to thank Magnus for outstanding services to the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavors”, said Semmy Rülf, Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee has initiated the search for a new candidate to propose to the general assembly. For this reason, the company will call for an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.
